KARTIK RAMACHANDRAN
Founder & CEO
Kartik is the founder and CEO at Corestrat Capital. He brings intensive global corporate leadership in the field of risk management and data science in financial industry with a strong emphasis on optimising business results. His experience includes C-Level management roles in diverse financial industry leaders across 5 continents. Prior to the formation of Corestrat Capital, Kartik founded a business advisory consulting firm dedicated to developing early stage firms, and more recently his focus has been on wealth management portfolio optimization through decision analytics. Kartik has a well-connected network of talent and customers across 25 countries, with relationships at executive levels in large global companies.
Kartik is a CFA, and received his MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

JOE PETILLON
Co-founder & COO
Joe brings more than two decades of corporate experience and leadership in business development, e-commerce and product solutions across large and small organizations, partnering with global stakeholders in North America, Europe, and Asia. Joe has successfully worked in large multinationals and has enjoyed great success in supporting and managing start-up ventures. Joe is a respected leader across the start-up ecosystem in Italy and in Europe, having successfully co-led the Intesa Sanpaolo Bank's Start Up Initiative and accelerator program. His leadership expertise, apart from extensive experience in the financial services, venture capital and the retail sectors, is focused on developing sustainable new businesses with great teams which can compete globally.
Joe holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.
Joe is based in Italy.
